How to share payment runs:
Once you have generated your payment run inside KeyPay, you are able to share this run with further stakeholders in the payment process. Payment runs can be shared multiple times depending on your internal process and all users are recorded in an audit trail.
This can be done in a simple and secure way by using the share function located on the bottom right of the payment run screen.
Click the “Share” button in the bottom right of the screen
Enter the email of the user you would like to share this with or select them from the list
Click “Share” and they will be invited as a user to collaborate on this payment run
