Known limitations
Spaces in references are not permitted (i.e. for 'Invoice 1' use 'Invoice1') for BULK payments. Single payments do allow spaces in references. Accepted characters are the following: a-z A-Z 0-9 / . , -
Requires HSBC BACS permissions to allow Bulk Payments
Payments will be made 2 working days from the date payment is setup if it is setup on a working day, or 3 working days from the date payment is setup if it is not setup on a working day
HSBC Kinetic have a daily payment limit of £25,000
For future dating bulk payments, please select the date the payment should be with the payee (within 45 days)
HSBC Net is currently unsupported
