A maximum of 25 payees per bulk payment - Comma will split your payment run to cater for this requirement.
You will need to set up Open Banking Third Party Provider permissions in Bankline. For instructions, please see the video at the bottom of this page, and this NatWest article for more guidance.
£1,000,000 single payment limit
There is an on going issue with Bulk Payments where Natwest state you do not have the relevant permissions to make the payment. We are working with Natwest with this issue and a fix is coming!
How to cancel a Future dated payment
If you want to cancel a payment that is in a 'Future Dated' status you will need to clear the authorisation first
To do this you need to search for the payment and select 'Clear authorisation' then confirm
Once you select 'Confirm' you will need to confirm this with your Smartcard by following the on-screen instructions
After the authorisation has been cleared you can then cancel the payment by selecting 'Cancel payment'
