You can use your HSBC account to make payments with Comma, via your phone and desktop.
Types of payment supported

Spaces in references are not permitted (i.e. for 'Invoice 1' use 'Invoice1') for BULK payments. Single payments do allow spaces in references. Accepted characters are the following: a-z A-Z 0-9 / . , -
Requires BACS permission in HSBC Online Banking to allow Bulk Payments.
BACS payments cannot be made between accounts owned by the same customer.
When completing a Bulk payment run, ensure no more on 25 payees are included. More than 25 will lead to the payment failing and we are working on a fix to separate into 2 separate payment runs.
Payments will be made 2 working days from the date payment is setup if it is setup on a working day, or 3 working days from the date payment is setup if it is not setup on a working day.
HSBC have a daily payment limit of £25,000 via online banking and £10,000 via mobile app.
This can be increased to a maximum of £100,000 via online subject to relationship manager approval
For future dating bulk payments, please select the date the payment should be with the payee (within 45 days).
New Payees will need to be verified for the first time in HSBC using the Security Key device
How to cancel a Future dated payment
Select 'Manage payments'
Press 'Pending payments' (view or cancel a payment)
Select the payment you wish to cancel
