You can use your Barclays Business account to make payments with Comma, via your desktop.

  • Jersey & Guernsey Sort Codes are out of scope for Barclays OB functions

  • Error Code 6 on Barclays Page: if this happens, please follow these steps

  • Avoid using any non-alphanumeric characters (i.e. "#" or "/") in a payment reference as this will lead to a high probability of payment failure. Comma will clean the reference to ensure payment success.

How to cancel a Future dated payment

  1. Select ‘Manage your payments’ from the list of options below your accounts

  2. Select the type of account you want to manage and then select the account itself from the list that appears (you may only have one account)

  3. A list of scheduled payments will appear. Find the one you want to delete and click to select it. You can filter the list using the two drop-down menus to make the payment easier to find

  4. Double-check that this is the payment you want to delete and go back to choose another, if not. Otherwise, click ‘Delete single payment’ to delete this payment

  5. You’ll be asked to confirm this and then you’ll see a confirmation that the scheduled payment has been deleted
