Known Limitations
Bulk payments require trusted beneficiaries.
Maximum 10 payees per bulk payment - Comma will split your payment run to cater for this requirement.
£50,000 single payment limit (via online banking) & £20,000 single payment limit (via mobile app)
£50,000 daily payment limit (via online banking) & £20,000 daily payment limit (via mobile app)
How to cancel a Future dated payment
Select 'Payments and transfers' from the left hand menu
From the 'Make a payment or transfer' section select 'Manage scheduled payments'
Select the appropriate payment from your list of scheduled payments, and follow the instructions on screen
(You will need a card-reader and a card you can use with that reader to amend a payment)
