You may see a warning symbol, with an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle (⚠️), next to the bank connection in Comma.

If you see this symbol (⚠️), it means that the bank details stored in your accounting software are not the same as those stored in Comma.

You can still make payments from Comma when this symbol appears, but they will not feed into your accounting software.

In order to rectify this, the bank details in your accounting software and those stored in Comma just need to be aligned.
